does a forward flip..then another....triple backflip....walks on hands....walks on one hand...

walks to end of mat...takes a running tumble all the way to the end and does a double flip and aces the landing...

taaaa daaaaa

turns the mat over to indea.....

grabs the mat and attempts a handstand and falls on my head.. thinking i might have to get dressed now haha. tries to do the splits and almost injure myself.. think it is time to do something i know how to do. conga line fiona? hahaha turns conga music up and start grooving

opps sorry picks up my briefcase of fun things and pulls out a party hat and a glass of wine... as my daughter sing catapilla conga couldnt get much longer hands you a glass and a hat and continues the conga line singing.. you feel like table dancing or a bit of twister?
